We had a lovely meal here and I would thoroughly recommend it. They have two menus to choose from - traditional and modern that will suit everyone.  I will eat there again and recommend it to anyone heading to Volterra.

Interesting place, within a historical building, it even features some archeological remains from the 1st century. Good food and friendly service

The restaurant was quiet and lovely. The food was excellent and the staff were fabulous. Would recommend a try. My family each chose a different tasting menu and all were pleased.

Great view!! The staff were super friendly and attentive and a lot of fun. Loved my seafood pasta dish. We started with a drink called a Negroni which our bartender/server/host made two different ways with two different gins. They were both delicious and lasted the whole meal and gave us a lovely buzz. I&rsquo;d go back again for sure, for the food and just to see the staff again they were so nice.

The hotel is very good, the food quality is good, the price is good, and the meat and desserts are excellent, and I think every dish is good.

Very good restaurant.  Authentic food and charming host. The place is hard to find though.  The sign is a bit small.The restaurant looked like a shop. Try the wines by the glass. Syrah borghesi really delicious!

Wonderful lunch in this restaurant while visiting Volterra. Good wine by the glass. Pasta were delicious. Waitress was professional and friendly. Spoke fluent Spanish. Highly recommended.

Visiting Volterra, we booked here for lunch. the dining room is nice, but they had some quite loud music that did not really fit the setting. from the menue, we chose fish dishes. the antipasti were excellent, the primi piati were good, the shared secondo (pulpo) was too salty and the potatoes half cooked. all together it was ok, but we expected better.

&Egrave; stato un ristorante scelto un po&rsquo; all&rsquo;ultimo momento ma merita tanto, la ragazza &egrave; stata molto gentile e simpatica e mi dispiace non ricordare il suo nome perch&eacute; &egrave; stata veramente super accogliente e sorridente. Abbiamo mangiato un paio di secondi che ci sono piaciuti molto, provando cose nuove come cervo e piccione. &Egrave; un ristorante interessante.

It was a restaurant chosen a little at the last moment but it deserves so much, the girl was very kind and sympathetic and I&#39;m sorry not to remember her name because she was really super nice and smiling. We had a couple of seconds that we enjoyed, trying new things like cervey and pigeon.
